Usually, the training lasts from 3 to a maximum of 10 days, and it depends on the speed of mastering the job tasks of the candidate. The goal of the training is for both the management and the candidate to see if the job candidate really fits into the dynamics of the job. That's why it would be best if everyone who is in training should see the course of work on the first, second and third shift. The agreement on the time and place of training is flexible and by agreement.

According to the legal regulations, everyone is entitled to a rest of at least 24 hours between each work shift, each employee has up to 10 days off per month, and for this there is a fixed schedule before the beginning of each month, with the possibility of changes depending on the needs of employees.

At the interview itself, the place of performance of work duties is agreed upon, depending on the candidate's place of residence and the place where there is a need for a new employee. We offer the possibility to change the place of work as needed or upon request, we also offer conditions for changing the place of work from one city to another.
